Here at The Happiness Academy we’re serious about happiness and we are dedicated to alleviating mental suffering and helping people experience positive emotions, more of the time. The consultants, coaches and advisory team here at the academy consists of therapists, business consultants, coaches, NLP Masters and medical professionals who are all dedicated to improving the quality of lives of people by helping them to spend more of their time in a positive state, both in their personal lives and in the workplace.

Meet some of your Happiness Consultants

 

Mo Garner Chartered MCIPD, DHP (NC)

Founder, director and principal Happiness Consultant. Mo founded the academy after years of study, experience and teaching in the fields of leadership, management,       (positive) psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), innate health, emotional intelligence, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, nutrition and spirituality. As well as the knowledge and understanding acquired through her training, Mo’s own life experiences have enabled her to gain real insight into what generates both happiness and unhappiness.

Mo is a qualified coach, trainer, facilitator, hypno-psychotherapist and NLP practitioner. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is accredited by the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.

Jo Lewis

Jo Lewis MSocSc, MBA(Ed), MCMI

For several years Jo has been involved with developing people and helping them achieve their potential. She works with groups and individuals from different backgrounds, in all kinds of circumstances and with different needs to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours that they require in order for them to overcome problems and to achieve their very best.

Jo believes that everyone can have the life that they want. Using activities, coaching and hypnotherapy to inspire and challenge people to overcome stress and other obstacles in their lives, Jo helps them to achieve a successful and contented existence that is free of anxiety, panic or worry. Her style is to take a holistic approach that includes working with clients on their lifestyle, diet, relationships and mind-set.
